Deer Crossing!

I totally have to post this real fast. I didn't have my camera available & I was driving but we were driving along White Mountain Blvd (HWY 260) and a Large Deer crossed all four lanes of traffic completely taking her time. Everyone kindly stopped for her to walk across. It was a rather unusual but neat sight to see. Right in the middle of the afternoon!

    We saw a bunch of elk cross 260 right by the newspaper office. Middle of the day too!
    It was around the end of May a couple years ago. This must be deer/elk crossing season at that location!
